When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 7–14 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Can I return or exchange something?
If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help with a return or exchange. Items should be unworn and unwashed. Cloud Socks can't be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
