Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every Paccora order, with no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Busy holiday weeks can add a few days, so please order early for gifts.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or message us through our contact page.

Orders with several items

Your items may ship from different places and arrive in separate packages. Each package gets its own tracking link, and there's never an extra charge.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. To change it, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, we can't change where it's going.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, contact us with your order number. We'll look into it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days.
